Bond Projects

On February 13, 2017, the community passed a $147.5 million bond to build a new Stanwood High School (SHS), Church Creek Campus (CCC) – (aka Alternative Learning Center (ALC), and Maintenance & Technology Center (MTC). The District is working with McGranahan Architects on these projects.

SHS – The start of construction began January 2019, anticipated completion date is November 2020 and will be open for students in January 2021. The contractor for this project is Cornerstone General Contractors, Inc.

CCC – The Notice to Proceed on this project was April 17, 2019, anticipated completion date is June 15, 2020 and will be open for students in September 2020. The contractor for this project is Colacurcio Brothers, Inc.

MTC – This project went out to bid on May 8, 2019; bid opening on June 11, 2019. The Notice to Proceed was June 24, 2019, anticipated completion date is April 15, 2020. The contractor for this project is Colacurcio Brothers, Inc.
